SWITCH kicks-off with final Study Tour

Today, 7 June 2010, the SWITCH Study Tour kicked off at UNESCO-IHE with participants from Poland, Egypt, Ghana, Israel and Colombia. The Study Tour is meant as an exchange of ideas on integrated urban water management.

In addition, many cities in the Netherlands will be visited including Culemborg, Groningen, Dusseldorf in Germany, Oisterwijk, Vught, Hapert throughout this week. A filmcrew will accompany the group in order to tape the various visits to the sites as well as interviews with the participants. The footage will be used as informative and educational material during workshops on innovations and integrated urban water management.
